Meet Tamra N. Lett, Esq.

Tamra N. Lett is the founder and principal attorney of Bayside Legal in San Diego. Her practice is dedicated entirely to family law, including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and marital agreements.

Tamra is an active member of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association and California Lawyers Association Family Law Section. She is also a San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) Family Law Section Committee member, and volunteers as a pro bono attorney for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, assisting clients with high-conflict custody and domestic violence disputes.

Tamra prioritizes educating her clients and providing decisive counsel, guiding them toward expedient and fair outcomes. Outside of family law, she serves as a board member of Lawyers Club of San Diego.

In 2024, Tamra graduated from the SDCBA Leadership Academy, where she studied effective communication and relational dynamics. In 2026, Tamra was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Before entering private practice, Tamra completed an AmeriCorps Attorney Fellowship and worked at Legal Aid Society of San Diego for several years.

In her spare time, Tamra attends professional networking functions, frequently travels with her partner and two stepsons, and spends time with her rescue dog, Gwen.
